1. Cookies and similar storage

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and embedded third-party content. Our consent controls cover optional services whether they use cookies or another form of tracking.

2. Essential storage

Essential storage supports sign-in, security, site configuration, and your privacy choices. It cannot be disabled through the banner because these functions depend on it. Our site uses Base44 browser entries for authentication and configuration, including base44_access_token when signed in and base44_ prefixed app settings. These are used to operate the site, not for optional advertising.

The local-storage entry rippl_cookie_consent records your category choices, consent version, and choice timestamp. We honor that choice for up to 180 days unless you change it or clear storage. After expiry, optional services are disabled and we ask again. The browser may retain the old entry until it is overwritten or you clear it; an expired entry is not treated as consent. Authentication and configuration entries last until logout, replacement, or browser removal as applicable.

3. Optional analytics

Provider: Base44. Purpose: understanding page visits and site use. When allowed, analytics can send a session identifier, page paths, timestamps, referrer, session activity and duration, and a signed-in account identifier. The base44_analytics_session_id entry is stored in local storage; it can remain until removed. Rejecting or withdrawing analytics removes this entry from this browser and stops new site analytics activity.

Analytics is disabled before a valid opt-in. Withdrawing consent does not erase analytics already collected; use the privacy email if you want to request deletion of personal information. Provider-side records may have different retention periods from browser entries.

4. Optional external booking content

Provider: iClosed, at app.iclosed.io. Purpose: embedding the call-booking interface on applicable pages. Its script and embedded content do not load until you allow External booking content. Once enabled, iClosed receives connection and device details and information you submit, and may set or read its own cookies or storage.

Third-party cookie names and lifetimes can change and may be controlled by the provider. This built-in banner is not an automated third-party cookie scanner. Review the notices provided by iClosed before using it. Withdrawing consent unloads the embed by refreshing the page and prevents it from loading again here. We cannot erase cookies belonging to another domain; use browser privacy controls to remove them. You may book through a separate external link without enabling the embed, under the external site’s own policy.

5. Advertising and other resources

No advertising pixels are currently installed or activated by Accept all. Any future advertising tracker must be added behind a separate consent category, documented here, and trigger a new consent request before it loads.

Fonts and image or video files may be served by external content providers. Fetching an asset sends the technical request information needed to display it. Opening a social or other external link leaves this site; our banner does not manage that site’s cookies.

6. Make or change a choice

Choose Reject optional to keep analytics and embedded booking content off, Accept all to enable the currently listed optional categories, or Customize to select categories separately. No optional category is preselected for a new visitor. Ignoring the banner, scrolling, or submitting a form does not grant consent.

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice or withdraw it. Saving refreshes the page so services start or stop under the new choice; finish unsaved forms first. Preferences apply to this browser and site origin, not all devices or other domains. Clearing browser storage resets the choice. If storage is unavailable or unreadable, optional services are not enabled without a valid saved choice.

You can also block or clear cookies and local storage in your browser. Blocking essential storage may affect sign-in and forms.
